Bob and I moved to Lagos, Nigeria in April 2007. This blog basically covers what we do in our time outside of work and is meant to keep family and friends updated on our activites and travels. We are having a great time and I think we are making the most of living in Nigeria.

Perfect Presentation of a Delectable Dinner
I had to take a picture of our dinner tonight.
The presentation was wonderful as was the taste!
It was a vietnamese vermicelli dish that I used to eat in
Houston a lot. It came with a fish sauce and a sweet sauce. Yummy!
Bridget - The recipe is not ours. Our cook made it for us with his own recipe. The dish is called Bun on a Vietnamese menu at a restuarant or you could search theweb for Cool Noodle salad.
Bob/Judy - You may have to come visit to try it out yourself! Bob loves his cooking! We had Chicken Cordon Bleu, mashed potatoes and broccoli for dinner tonight. I think Bob has gained back the weight he lost from his stomach bugs! ; )
