Bob and I moved to Lagos, Nigeria in April 2007. This blog basically covers what we do in our time outside of work and is meant to keep family and friends updated on our activites and travels. We are having a great time and I think we are making the most of living in Nigeria. DISCLAIMER: This blog is not meant to be a comprehensive summary of all Nigeria has to offer. I just found your site and I'm really enjoying it. My family just moved to Lagos (Ikoyi) this past April. Maybe we'll run into you some day.

Can I ask where do you live in lagos and are there any veterinarians there?

You should look for a book called Easy Access Lagos when you arrive and you will find a list of veterinarians. Most folks I know use a German woman named Dr. Gretel Nwaokolo who can be reached at 479-2728 and meets by appointment only. She does house calls only and has imported European medication. She speaks German adn English.
There is a vet in Lekki and a few on Victoria Island. Let me know if you need more info and I will try to help.
